Goole Marina provides you with all your boat maintenance needs, our qualified team of staff can advise you on a whole range of boat services, also leaving the work to us, freeing up precious time to enjoy the things that matter the most to you.

BOAT BUILDING:

DB Marine has been building narrowboats and Dutch Barges since 1994, and now taking over Goole Boat House, its a base to build our boats.

Shell construction on site, built in our workshop, all types of craft undertaken, from Dutch Barge, Widebeams to Narrowboats.

Painting Services:

Hull Blacking, Antifouling, 2 Pack Epoxy Systems, Single Pack.

We also offer full re-paint under cover, were we shot blast the full hull, removing all the furnishings, Jotun epoxy protection, followed with Jotun Mega Primer, then 3 coats of Jotun Mega Gloss AC spray application to give that yacht finish, with an additional polish if required.

Joinery Services:

We have in in house joinery shop, that carries out all your requirements from a full internal fit out, to building collapsable wheelhouses and even making bespoke furniture out of all types of wood.

For the perfect Hull results, this hull is absolutely free from chemical deposits, scales and dust content, shot blasting facilitates the formation of a permanent bond between the protective coat (zinc, paint or epoxy) and the shot blasted surface, shot blasting increases longevity and durability of protective coats, as it adheres better to the shot blasted surface.
