Christmas Boat Decorating Challenge 2024
After last years Christmas boat decorating challenge a success, we thought it would be good to keep it going, hopefully encourage more people to take part this year.
SO………
Get out the baubles, dust off the tinsel, untangle the fairy lights get Santa a life jacket and join in with Goole Marina's Christmas Boat Decorating Competition.
We'd love you to give your boat a festive makeover and help bring some extra sparkle and colour to Goole Marina from 1st December 2024 to 20th December 2024.
Decorate your boat to brighten Goole Marina this December. The boat judged to be the best dressed will win a John Lewis Christmas hamper, worth £100, plus 50 litres of diesel, and a £50 chandlery gift voucher, and breakfast for 2 in the Coffee Dock Marina Café.
2nd Prize - £50 to spend in chandlery, 3rd Prize Breakfast for 2 in the Coffee Dock.
Judging will take place on Thursday 19th December and the winner will be announced.
All vessels entering the competition and showing reasonable festive lights will receive a complimentary £10 electricity voucher.

We fully constructed this iroka collapsible wheelhouse on this widebeam cruiser stern boat, having to fabricate a steel base and ring beam for the wheelhouse to sit on, with double glazed glass units, and a 3 section detacable aluminium roof.

New Vetus bow thruster installed on a Dutch Barge, 250mm steel tube welded in place, then the 24 volt 180 Kgf fitted, with an improved maximum of 4 minutes of running time, with a 6 blade low noise propeller
